Returns & Refunds Policy

At Pure Bubbles Skincare, we strive to deliver safe, high-performing skincare for every customer. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to make your experience easy and transparent.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests under the following conditions, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired or damaged product received
  • Customer dissatisfaction (only for unopened, unused items)

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Requests beyond this window will not be accepted. 

Return Charges

  • A ₹200 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund in the following case:

    • If the customer chooses to return the product despite receiving the correct item and has not opened or used it (change of mind)

📦 Product Condition

  • Only new, unopened, and unused products are eligible.
  • Products must be in their original packaging, including outer box and seals.

🔁 Exchanges

We offer exchanges in the case of damage in transit or incorrect delivery. If the same product is not in stock, a full refund will be issued.

📹 Proof Required for Claims

To validate your return or exchange, please email bhavana@purebubblesskincare.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear unboxing video
  • Photos of the outer packaging and product

Without proof, we will not be able to process your request.

⏱️ Processing Timeline

  • Return window: 7 days from delivery
  • Refund time: Within 7 business days of return approval
  • Refund method: To original payment source

🚚 Return Method & Fees

  • Returns are picked up via our courier partner or can be dropped at a designated location.
  • No restocking fee is charged.

❌ Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Used, opened, or tampered products
  • Return initiated beyond 7-day window
  • Missing original packaging
  • Products under clearance or promotional sale

If all conditions are met, a reverse pickup will be scheduled. We reserve the right to refuse claims that do not meet policy terms.

📦 Shipping Policy (for reference)

  • Shipping Fee: ₹40 for orders below ₹399
  • Dispatch Timeline: Within 48 hours (Mon–Fri)
  • Delivery Timeline: 3–7 business days

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/ whatsapp with tracking information. Kindly share both details while placing an order.

🛑 Order Cancellations

To cancel your order, contact us at +91 9784591628 (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm). Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
