Returns & Refunds
At Pure Bubbles Skincare we value our customers We offer refunds / replacements only in following cases:
- You received a wrong shipment
- You received a damaged product
- You received an expired product
We will be needing a video of shipment you received while you open it. without any edit or pauses.
Please Note Prepaid orders are only cancellable, with a same day prior notice, Once the shipment is created it will not get cancelled.
In any of the above case, please raise a return/ replacement request within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. To raise a return / refund request in such cases, please drop us an email at email@example.com or fill up the customer query form in our website.
No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 7 days from the time of delivery of the product.
Your request will be reviewed in 48 hours between Mon-Fri from 10M-6PM Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick the order from your doorsteps.
Pure Bubbles skincare will ship all order within 48 hours after receiving the order Through shiprocket our courier service provider. Shiprocket will send all courier updates via email. Dispatch days are MON-FRI. We will not accept sending orders on “urgent” basis. Normally it take 3-5 days for any courier to reach its destination.
