AM ROUTINE
NIACINAMIDE & ZINC PCA FACEWASH - Cleanse for 30 secs on super on damp skin.

NIACINAMIDE & PROBIOTIC SERUM - Use AM after face wash. 2-4 Drops all over face, under eye area and neck.

CLARITY LOTION - Use one pump all over face
Follow up with sunscreen of your choice.

PM ROUTINE
NIACINAMIDE & ZINC PCA - Cleanse for 1 Minute on super on damp skin.

BHA FACE SERUM - Use 3-4 drops all over face especially where you feel congestion (acne/blackheads). Let it dry.

CLARITY LOTION - Use one pump all over face.

Lactic acid is used only for pH adjustments.

• You received a wrong shipment
• You received a damaged product
• You received an expired product

We will be needing a video of shipment  you received while you open it. without any edit or pauses. 

Please Note Prepaid orders are only cancellable, with a same day prior notice, Once the shipment is created it will not get cancelled.

In any of the above case, please raise a return/ replacement request within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. To raise a return / refund request in such cases, please drop us an email at care@purebubblesskincare.com or fill up the customer query form in our website.

No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 7 days from the time of delivery of the product.

Your request will be reviewed in 48 hours between Mon-Fri from 10M-6PM Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick the order from your doorsteps. 

Pure Bubbles skincare will ship all order within 48 hours after receiving  the order Through shiprocket our courier service provider. Shiprocket will send all courier updates via email. Dispatch days are MON-FRI. We will not accept sending orders on “urgent” basis. Normally it take 3-5 days for any courier to reach its destination.
